Our revision policy on custom audio (includes intros, outros, commercials, promos, public service announcements, full-length presentations, radio sweepers, messages on hold, and phone prompts):You have 7 days after we've sent you an email letting you know that your audio is ready to let us know if we made a mistake. For example, if we mispronounced a word, you don't like the music or sound effects we chose, or our voice delivery wasn't what you requested (we did conversational instead of upbeat), we'll re-cut the audio. Our guarantee does not cover script or instruction changes. We'll provide you with a quote for any changes you want to make that are not covered by our guarantee. Because of the extensive time and labor we put into creating your audio, we don't offer a refund. However, we strive to make our customers happy with the final presentation.
You have 7 days after we've sent you our first email letting you know that your audio or video is ready to let us know if we made a mistake. If it's not a mistake on our part, but a noise that concerns you, we'll re-examine it. Keep in mind, though, if there's a loud noise such as a thump that covers up what is being said, removing it may take out the words, too. We may not be able to make it sound any better than the work we've already done on it. However we'll re-examine it to see if we can improve it. Our revision policy does not include instruction changes after we've edited and/or enhanced your recording or video. Instruction changes include any changes from your original instructions. We'll provide you a quote for any instruction changes. Because of the amount of time we put into our editing and enhancing, we do not offer refunds. If we determine we can't improve your recording, we'll refund you all but $30 of the purchase price. The $30 is a one-hour charge for running tests on your audio. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DON'T ACCEPT SECRETLY RECORDED MATERIAL. If you ordered our audio or video editing and enhancing of a private conversation where at least one party in the recording or video is unaware they are being recorded, we'll refuse the work and refund you the purchase price minus the $30 testing fee mentioned above.
