WE Offer 3 kinds of phone messages:
1) CUSTOM MESSAGES ON HOLD
We produce up to 3 minutes of messages on hold recordings using professional voice talent and royalty-free background music. For clarity and pacing, we suggest a maximum of 60 words per minute divided into four short messages.
• 2-minute on-hold presentation = maximum of 120 words divided into 8 messages
• 3-minute on-hold presentation = maximum of 180 words total divided into 12 messages

Either you write your messages on hold script (going by our guideline of 60 words per minute), or we write it for an extra charge. You can provide your script or let us know what you'd like us to write in our Script and Instructions form (which your browser will be redirected to immediately after making your purchase -- so leave your browser open).

3) CUSTOM AUTO-ATTENDANT MESSAGES
Your auto-attendant message (also known as a phone prompt or IVR prompt) is the first voice callers hear, so make it count with a professionally voiced, well-structured phone menu. Auto-attendant messages include all the same features as our on-hold audio, and each message can be up to 75 words.
